Most of the cashier's are great, except young Indian female. Always short, rude, and NEVER pays attention to what I say/ask for. Just this morning I told her I wanted to pay a portion with debit and the rest with cash. She asked me to insert my debit, I repeated to her how I wanted to pay and she proceeded to yell "I KNOW!!" I knew the full amount would get paid with my debit by this point, and I was right. She then told me, she couldn't split payments. All this after the payment went through. Payments CAN be split and even her co-worker agreed with me.
This 711 is the closest one to my house, only reason I keep coming to this one., but when I see her., I know I'm going to have a bad experience.
She does let certain people, men, take things from the store and just asks for payment a few weeks later, once they have money to pay. (I've seen it) Fyi!!

Whoever "Probin" is, kicked me out the store and called the cops on me as I was trying to buy alcoholic beverages because he didn't "understand" my California ID??? All he had to do was scan it or at least look at it. He was so creepy and looks so unprofessional.

Would not honor my coupon that doesn’t expire for more than another month, and then didn’t give me my receipt or the correct change. Not going back to this location again.

Terrible experience. Employee "Prohiab" needs customer service courses. This guy is rude, angry and hates his Job. I won't even waste my time posting details about my experience. Suffice to say Prohiab has issues and should be sent home. At this point I will never enter this store again.

11/23 8 AM Employee was on phone talking to his friend entire time , didn’t help me and refused to answer simple questions. Will not be back, worst 7 11 experience I’ve ever had.

The older gentleman who works graveyard is very nice and is actually working and doing stuff every time I go in there which is about 3-4 times a week, could be more. He is friendly, and I actually see him changing the hot food out unlike other stores I have been At.

I don't go to convenience stores much anymore but the last few times I went to this 7-11 the real tall guy that was working in the evening was very nice. I couldn't find the candy bar I was looking for and when I asked if they quit carrying it, he said no and pointed right to them. (They were right in front of me-duh!) But he knew which shelf, like he had all the candy locations memorized. I appreciate a polite and knowledgeable clerk and the tall white guy is both.

I bought a slurpee cup with a FREE FILL sticker still on it, I was excited to finally redeem it but bijefh at the counter wouldn't let me redeem the fill without a receipt for the slurpee cup. he said it could've been bought at another location. even if it was it's a $1.25 drink, I Paid more for the cup and the fill should be transferable between locations im sure 711 throws out more slurpee than would've gone in the cup. it was such a bummer i just threw the cup I PAID for away without getting what I thought was promised with the cup. they had no morals or respect for others, especially as he was telling me this was so heartless, and I always go to this location, was such a shame and disappointment just awful customer service.
