“The North Albany IGA is a grocery store that I’ve been frequenting for the last couple of years that has great products. They had an awesome meat sale over the previous weekend where I purchased NY Strip Steaks and ground beef. While the NY Strip was outstanding, the ground beef did not meet the quality standard they want to deliver. I called the store, shared my experience, and spoke with Brian, who not only made it right, he went the extra mile to take care of the experience. This is a store that listens to their consumers and exudes excellence in their service.”
“Thank you to the Young man in Deli doing the BBQ out front. He helped us 2xs in 2days and we are from Hillsboro Oregon. We enjoyed the Brisket he cooked and got a whole one on Sunday to bring back. The Cashier was very helpful and Very polite and caring. The lady in the liquor part was little off until we started buying multiple bottles of different things that we had to learn how to make a old fashion drink. Thanks for the Help. “Economical wide variety of products. They really open 24 hours. At night it is not highly recommended to do shopping since the employees are stocking the aisles and it is difficult to pass between them.”
