“Estrada has been exceptional in every sense of the word. I had an insurance issue and my policy provider suggested I go with Enterprise. They wasted a whole day and I never got a car. Luckily I found Estrada the next day, and within 15 minutes of my call there was a car on my driveway. I cannot begin to describe how comforting it was to get a car with such ease especially since my car was in limbo. Kudos team Estrada. To the reader, I wholeheartedly recommend Estrada. “I took the truck on Friday, returned it on Sunday night, arrived, left the key in the box and drove off in my car, which was parked all this time under the camera, in the free parking lot. They explain everything to you and made the process in and out very easy. “To preface - unfortunately, we were unable to rent a car from this location this time around, but the next time we are in Toronto, we will definitely be coming here.We had some issues with getting a car seat for my son, and it was my fault for not checking beforehand.As a note for anyone reading that will be renting that has small children. The city locations do not have child seats, so it's best to pick your car up from an airport branch.The reason for the 5 stars is the service. The team at this branch were incredibly helpful and tried their best to help us get what we needed even though we eventually had to cancel due to card issues.Niro was especially helpful and even gave us advice about how to get to our destination.Thanks for all your hard work.”

“I have been renting at this location for long time. I never had a bad experience. They are very helpful. They recently opened another location by steeles but I still prefer to rent here cause the customer service is just great. Lauren was very helpful and I appreciate it. She helped me with my concern about returning the vehicles off hours since the key drop off no longer exists. Also she even helped me find the best suited vehicle for my needs and gave me all my choices. I do own a personal car but I do rent often and here are a few of my favorites for the past few years.”

“I was a bit worried that the process of picking up the car would take a lot of time, since they are located away from the airport, however, I called as we were walking to the train to viscount and the shuttle was there when we arrived. The pick up process was easy and everyone was friendly. Prices were reasonable compared to other car rentals. I would recommend!”
