Doug is a friendly helpful owner who can tell you if he has the book you are looking for, or he can make a suggestion if you need help in making a selection. He has a fantastique collection and the prices are very reasonable. Check this great store out.”
“I have to say, these guys are the best in the business. In Canada it is notoriously difficult to buy enthusiast goods at a good price. Avworld beats even American prices which are almost always better. They consistently have good sales as well. They also have really good quality control (undoubtedly better than Boeing). The stock is incredible as well. There is no better aviation store than AVworld.”
“This is such a gem in my neighbourhood. The staff are so warm and I never feel pressure when I go in there. The products are incredible. The best for last, my facial there was one of the most relaxing things I have ever experienced. Jeronnie, who did the treatment, is a true healer. “Perfect, cozy, vintage.The mystery book machine was an instant favorite of mine, I got the 'Golden Caravan' and 'The Age of Reptiles' from it!The clerk said, they don't carry any items past 1989, so I guess you could say the store as a whole is always a mystery anyway!Items are priced differently, but the mystery machine is always $5 per token to operate.I didn't catch the name of the shop clerk, but she was very nice and helpful!”

“Came here on a whim while passing and the name, it's out of way location (tucked into a basement unit if a building) is what got my attention. I walked away with an armful of books. They have an impressive selection of books on all subjects and I love how reasonably priced everything is. Owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. I could sped days here! Excellent selection of more than just rock LPs, records ain't cheap anymore but when you have that itch to spend a couple of hours flipping through the bins you could do a lot worse than this place. Lots of new vinyl as well as plenty of previously loved stuff. And books galore.”

“Eaton centre is a massive shopping mall, with hundreds of shops and a huge food court which smells amazing with food from kfc, McDonald's to tim hortons. Also, Canadian Tire, Best Buy are situated there.It is owned and managed by Cadillac Fairview. I think that It is the second biggest mall in Canada (after the West Edmonton Mall) and gets more annual visitors than the Las Vegas Strip. Excellent place of shopping mall.”

“I grew up in Weston and bought all of my High School textbooks from Squibb's. More recently, I still buy books there even if I don't live in Weston. Actually I live in the UK but my mother and sister still live in Weston. So, rather than use Amazon, I call Suri and ask what she might have that my mother would like, reading wise. She always comes through and occasionally throws in something extra. She wraps it up, selects a nice card and delivers it, when possible, to my mum's house. I always drop by to see Suri when I'm in Canada to say hello and have a nice chat.”
