Aside from their silly security measures than rather profiling who may come in and burglarize the place.... they punished even the little old lady with their over security concern
A needless to say I was frustrated when I got to the counter over other matters however I was attended to by Raheem the store manager and I have to say with his patience professionalism he managed to solve and help with my matter in the appropriate customer service attitude. I give Raheem 10 Stars
Their over security process I give them zero never leave a customer waiting outside

My husband and I recently visited the Rogers store at Weston Rutherford and had an exceptional experience. We were assisted by the Assistant Manager, Lasantha Fernando, who greeted us with a pleasant demeanor and a great smile. Lasantha was incredibly willing to help, taking the time to understand our needs and explaining everything in detail. His patience in answering all our questions made us feel right at home. This location truly felt like the closest and most convenient for us.
On the technical side, we were fortunate to be assisted by Eshaan Anande, the greatest tech expert this store could ask for. Eshaan's depth of technical knowledge and understanding of the plans, especially the Preferred Program, was impressive. He was very charming, patient, and dedicated, ensuring that we got the best plan suited to our needs. His commitment and task-oriented approach left a lasting impression on us. Ali.A helped me a lot with my new phone very patiently transferring all the data to the new phone . I feel like home when I walk into this store any time with the great Manager Rahim
Having Rahim , Lasantha , Eshaan & Ali provide such excellent customer service made our visit incredibly satisfying. We are so grateful for their assistance and have already referred our family and friends to this location for mobile plans and services. Rogers is truly lucky to have such dedicated and shining stars on their team. We wish them all the best in their future endeavors!

"Three times a charm!" I went back to the store to upgrade my Internet service. Eshaan informed me of options I was not aware of. And one of the solutions he provided fit my needs. I now have a better Internet plan that serves my family's needs. Thanks, Eshaan!!
Rogers and Lais (BEST sales rep!) did it again!! After coming for help with my SIM a few days ago, I returned for mobile Internet assistance. Lais guided me and taught me so much that I bought the modem and service on the spot. Rogers, you better take care of this Lais. She is representing your brand like a boss! And she is making you money! Originally, I was headed to Bell for a promotional offer. During my previous visit for another matter, she astutely mentioned the store also provides Internet solutions. This is why I returned to the store today. She took a Bell customer and converted him in to a Rogers customer. Lais, you are Number One!!

Mike was an absolute gem. We had a few issues with switching to a new phone and a mislabelled phone case and Mike was so beyond helpful and made the situation so smooth and efficient

If you’re going to this location, ask for Mike Corrado. He is not only incredibly friendly and pleasant to deal with but very knowledgeable and tries to find solutions to any issues you raise. He’s made my Roger’s experience that much better (even when online customer service has failed me). He’s the reason we are happy Rogers customers.

Terrible company and horrible store, messed up my bill for months by overcharging way above what was negotiated in store, and I still can't get it sorted out so canceling all services and moving over to Bell/Telus.

The door was lockedresulting in waiting outside-8 I ring the bell he told me to wait 2 minute. I open door for I wait outside more than 15 minute. When you go there you gonna remind my review. if someone is inside you gonna wait outside. So Take your jacket with you.
