Absolutely had the worst experience from this store location. I saw a winter jacket I wanted to try on. This particular jacket had samples hanging in 3 different colour and the rest were hanging bundled up in a pouch. There was a sales associate standing beside me organizing one of the front tables, when she noticed I reached to open one of the jackets hanging in a pouch she told me NOT to open it. I told her that I wanted to try it on but insisted to try it in a different colour in my size. I had to tell her there were no mediums available she then said “oh well I guess we can open it.” with attitude. Seriously, that made my shopping experience at this location 1/10. It made me not want to buy the jacket.
I walked away and tried on a couple of other items and I had one top I was hoping for in a different size, I had asked the sales associate in the change room area if they had anymore mediums and she said they had no more but oddly when I took it to cash to see where else I can get it the cashier said they had 5 mediums in the store.
The customer service in this store needs major improvements. I’ve been to other REITMANS stores and have had way better service and greeted nicely at the front and they have very attentive.

Struggled coming in today with my mother in a wheelchair because their accessible doors are always off. All the ladies stood by the cash desk and watched when we finally came in it was like we were invisible they were all talking and laughing with each other not even a hello. Terrible experience especially after coming from Penningtons doors down who always has the best customers service. Shame on you guys.

We had an awesome experience tonight at your Woodbridge Reitmans location. Maria and Franca were 2 great sales associates. They are pleasant and very helpful. Maria took her time to make sure we picked the right top for my daughter Chiara. We had many options to choose from, and they made it easy. Franca at check out was very helpful and made paying a lot easier. You have 2 amazing women that work in this location. ??????

Bought several items from this store and needed to return one of them. Cashier was rude from the get-go. Then she demanded my email address. I told her it's ok, I just want to skip that part. Wrong answer!!! When she did the return she printed out a sheet and demanded I write down all my personal information since I wouldn't give her an email so therefore she has no "profile" on me. I did so. After I filled out my information, and returned the paper to her, I reached out my hand to take my receipt and she flung the receipt across the counter at me. Wow. No wonder these stores are closing down. When shopping online, one doesn't have to worry about being mistreated by staff.

Been coming to this location for years. Went in to do a return with my daughter and ended up purchasing some things. Franca and Helin were just fabulous. Attentive, easy going and knew their stuff. The store was well organized and very clean. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks for the excellent customer service!!

Great customer service by Farah. Been going to this location for many years now and always pleased with the collections and the service. The ladies work really hard to keep the store organized and always willing to help find the right size.

I faced a problem with the quality of an item that I have purchased. The manager Farah took no responsibility and so rudely told me that this is not the store problem. She did not refund my money. The item turned so bad that I left it on their counter without even getting my refund. Never experinced such negative encountership with the store manager.

I recently visited the Woodbridge Reitmans and found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable. The assistant manager Farah helped me with my selections. She was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return to this store!
