I had one of the memorable and remarkableexperiences at this location!.The salespersons name was Brunella.I suffer with mobility issues n get tired easily. She was so attentive an understanding of my needs.I can’t say enough about her professionalism .I ended finding everything that I needed for a special occasion and more.This was my first time at Melanie Lynn n will definitely be back to this location. I've been coming here for years and recently had another great experience at this location. We were looking for a dress for a baptism, and Brunella went above and beyond . Where do I start …. All I can say is that I’m SPEECHLESS!! This team needs to consult other stores- this is how it’s done! I came from work to this location to find a last minute wedding guest dress - I was greeted by the team and told them I had a dress on hold, Hazel then took me under her loving wings we went around and she helped me pick a bunch of gorgeous dresses and then off to the fitting rooms it was, her and Brunella were there for me EVERY step of the way, I was shopping by myself and needed some womenly/ friend advice and they did. It disappoint, they gave me their opinions, made me feel beautiful, like so beautiful that I left feeling better than coming in ! In the end I bought not the one I had on hold lol but one that Hazel picked out for me! I can’t even begin to describe the whole experience from start to finish it was amazing ! All of them ! Hazel, Brunella, Nancy, and Gurkiran …. What A DREAM TEAM - I am still in awe ! I had to call back to get their names because of how amazing my experience was - I wish I could call corporate! I wish I could tell them how wonderful these girls are!! I’m 1000% coming back here! It’s pretty far for me but who cares ! To be helped by them is so worth it ! - love all of you !!! You are all invited to my wedding LOL

I am a loyal customer at Melanie Lyne for many years, but I have to say this location is not up to the standards. I happen to just need to exchange some necklaces that I bought on line last Saturday. Once I found some necklaces I like, the lady even wouldn’t provide me with jewelry pouches. I had no desire to argue with her at that moment. In this case, simply leaving without returning is the only solution. I hope the management team from ML can look into this store and bring it up to standard. In the end, ML is a great woman fashion chain that Canadians are proud of.

I've been shopping at this location for years because they have great items and the prices are reasonable. However, upon our last visit, one of the younger sales staff was so rude and condescending to my family. When I addressed this with her she got even worse. If you don't know how to talk to customers or just be patient with people then you shouldn't be working in customer service/retail. Won't be shopping here anymore.
