Excellent experience from purchase to installation. Our appliances were ordered in good faith over the phone. Delivery and installation was prompt. Many thanks to Loren for working so hard to meet our incredibly difficult set timeline (one week from the order date to installation date).

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE - staff mislead and management and other staff lack any customer service skills whatsoever! I'd give a negative 10 rating if it was possible.I had a hard time finding something I *thought* would work for my dining area. Because I was not sure the fixture would work, I told the sales person I would need to confirm with my electrician. The sales person clearly told me - twice - that I had 5 days to return the light if it did not work, so I purchased it. I did not take the fixture with me pending confirmation.My electrician confirmed that the light would not work with my setup so I went back less than 24 hours after purchasing to request a refund. At this point I received nothing but disinterest and surly attitudes by THREE of the staff-with the exception of the sales person- including the "manager". After requesting a refund I was told this was a sale item so only a store credit could be offered. I noted that was was never mentioned by sales person or cashier - and I had my daughter with me so a witness to exactly what I was (and was not) told about the store's policy.I was forced to re-tell what I was told to two other employees in addition to the sales person who sold me the light and both of them could not have been more disinterested or willing to provide anything remotely resembling customer service, rather they repeated the store policies I was hearing for the first time. I continued to insist that they honor what THEIR employee told me, and after more delay and discussions with the "manager" I was FINALLY provided a refund.I then went to speak to the manager to tell her why I was unhappy, and she proceeded to give me a laundry list of the inconveniences my request for the refund caused the store. I was told - again by the manager - that they had to have someone take the light off the floor to prepare to give to me and what a problem that is. Come on - you are a lighting store! That is just part of doing business, and not the customer's problem. This manager also reprimanded the sales person while I was standing there, and while he may have made a mistake in not telling me sale items were not refundable, any disciplinary measures should absolutely have taken place privately. This business doesn't even treat their own employees with respect!Bottom line, as stated above - STAY FAR AWAY from The Lighting Boutique if you want anything remotely resembling customer service or honest communication about store policies!

Checked their website and saw exactly what I needed. Drove to store and was told they don’t have this item. I mentioned that their website says they have them. Response from staff was that the website has not been kept up to date. Not impressed that I wasted time. Will not go there again

The place has a great selection of lights and their staff is so friendly and helpful. The owner, Reemy on the other hand was extremely rude and unprofessional! I purchased a chandelier, it was the last piece hanging, paid a deposit and was to come back the next day to pick it up and buy my other items for our new build. He literally threw a tantrum that it shouldn’t have been sold because he didn’t want to take it down. He wanted me to wait 10 days for the new shipment to come. If I was told this at the time of purchase, I wouldn’t have bought it as I needed immediately. Basically, he lost a customer who was ready to purchase all their lighting because he had to do something that literally took him five minutes to do. He rudely spoke about the sales lady who sold it to me and told the other staff to give her a warning. All while I’m standing there. Still shocked that he was the owner! I’m sure he’s a pleasure to work with. Definitely not buying anything from them again!

I'd give this store 'ZERO' stars if that was an option. After reading all the other one star reviews it appears it's unanimous......a majority of the staff are despicable and handle themselves and customers extremely poorly. Curt, rude, flippant, and disgusting just about sums up the staff I encountered. They don't properly inform you of their policies and are very unknowledgeable overall.The salesperson never smiled once, grabbed a piece of paper out of my hands, and acted like a total *#!**I wouldn't drop a dime in this store. 'WATT' a waste of my time!

Built a new home and bought all my lights from here. My electrician was 2 days late in installing the fixtures. (9 days from purchasing) The woman owner would not let me return a light fixture as she said it was past the 7 day limit and it was installed- the light had been installed in THEIR showroom. Not my house.

Tons and tons of lights to choose from. Two floors with lights you'll have to duck and dodge around. Prices seem fair to high, depending on what you're looking for. I couldn't really find anything that I liked here, despite the selection. The staff was friendly and we were asked more than once if we needed anything.

Will never shop there again! You pretty well can't return anything unless you bought it full price and since the prices are very high, that's unlikely! You can't even return something that was on sale! So if you get it home and don't like it, you are out of luck! When I tried to return a light fixture I was treated very badly! I was in a shouting match with one of the staff! They do not know how to treat customers! With the exception of Anna. She was very good to us.

Very good collection and quality of product is good. They have good after sale Service (within 5 days) , but there bulbs are very expensive they change $10 for one bulb. So I bought them from Amazon for 6bulbe for $24.

Great selection of lights. Staff treats you well if they know you are purchasing or until you have to return or there is an issue/ defect with lights then it’s almost as if you are stealing from them.Light selection 10/10Prices 5/10Customer service 0/10Will not be purchasing again after that ordeal.

Shout out to Frances and the team at the Lighting Boutique. I broke a light in my kitchen by mistake and only needed the glass replaced. So I called the store and luckily they had the light in stock. Frances knew I only needed the glass so they gave me a discount on the light!!Frances could of charged me full price but went above and beyond and gave me a great discount! Thanks again!!
