I wish i could leave a less then 1 star review don't come here the owner is rude yelling and screaming and threatened police because we had stopped on the side wasn't blocking anybody to fix a part really quick took less then 2 mins the owner doesn't know how to deal with customers properly and the soap doesn't clean your vehicle

Great job! Our 7 year-old SUV looked and smelled like new for 3 weeks afterward. My only suggestion is that the floor mats shouldn't be waxed, or at least not so much, as the slipperiness can present a driving hazard. (Heel of your foot may slip, taking your foot off the brake pedal when you apply brakes.)
Update: It's been almost 2 months now, and we still haven't had to wash the car. The coating of wax really did its job! Even driving a lot of rural highways where hitting bugs is common (Stouffville to Stratford & back, Lagoon City & back, NOTL & back) they seem to bounced off and don't stick to the car. Great job!

Has really gone downhill the past couple months ..The guy spraying off at the entrance to the car wash has zero Communication skills was so rude and ignorant… If you can’t deal with the public, you should find a new job.. Yelling and screaming at me, threw a closed window. Doesn’t even deserve one star

There is one nice tall bay that is perfect for our motorhome. It still takes $20 to wash it and we have to stop part way through and back in to get the tail end. Pressure is very good, a nice variety of modes including soap and rinse with the wand, soap n wipe with brush, and even a wax. Owner came by twice to make sure it was working and that we were not pulling too hard on hoses, friendly and cared. Only downside is you have to work fast, $4 only lasts about 3.5 minutes on the timer.

What a little (hidden?) gem for our town. Great cleaning service. The owner does a power hose of your car before you go in and removes some debris before going in.
Decent prices, with discounts for 10 prepaid purchase.

Terrible customer service, asked owner if my car could go through again as after the first wash there was still spots that weren’t cleaned and some thick soapy residue was left on my car. Owner and worker said no, this was on your car before entering and wasn’t there fault, they would not run it again. Further, worker said this was because of trees, when I said it’s always parked in garage I was told it’s because of my garage that the ceiling is to blame…brand new house where garage has no pipes or anything that would leak. Very poor customer service and a business I would not support. Very accusatory, rude and unprofessional. Yelling, aggressive and zero respect for the paying customers

I appreciate the convenience and efficiency of this car wash, with its quick service and diverse package options. However, I have to note my disappointment with its drying capabilities; it could definitely improve in that aspect.
My experience was marred by an unpleasant interaction with one of the staff members. I was scolded for releasing the brake too soon, and then again for keeping it on, despite following the instructions on the flashing sign. This behavior was unnecessary and unwelcoming.
It's disheartening to hear that a family friend also experienced similar treatment, with a condescending remark about driving skills. As a paying customer, respectful communication should be a given. Such incidents detract from an otherwise positive experience.

Worst car wash ever. Don’t waste your money.

I've been in Stouffville 20 years and it was my first time going. Good prices, cheaper than gas station washes (you probably need 2 coin-sessions (will cost ~$6) per car for rince/wash/rince.. Keep in mind I'm a noobie) and I control the clean - I get the bottom 1/3 of the car auto-washes miss on the back of my car!
Mat racks for power washing too. Takes loonies and $2 two-nies. Vacuums there too. Recommended, with some Stouffville history.

Living in Stouffville for over 10 years, this place has gone downhill. The self serve bays are fifthly, just layers of dirt on the ground. No soap of any substance gets dispensed, $4.00 for 3.5 mins to start, it used to be 4 mins. The drive through does not clean as well as before.

Best place for a car wash as they spray the bottom before you go through.

Stouffville Auto Wash provides both drive-thru and self-cleaning options. Their prices are reasonable, falling within the average range. They also have coin operated vacuums. I have not seen any options for detailing or other full service cleaning options.

Their own bill changing machine gave out coins that was not useable in their own coin wash machines, and then the management acuse client using fake coin. Terrible attitude, and weir mentality.
