Used to be my go place pharmacy, but things have changed , poor service, no communication and left me with a bill because they missed filling a prescription in time , won’t be going back , to unreliable, 4 times to go there and prescription was not ready, finally put it together while I waited, sorry but used to like the place , not anymore

Excellent customer service and very friendly staff and Helped in a timely manner even during this Covid -19. I really appreciate the pharmacists for taking utmost care. I got medicine here for my back ache.

I didnt buy medicine here, but I walked into the pharmacy looking for help locating a walk in clinic for my 10 month old baby, as the walk in next door was closed. They really took their role as in the community healthcare model seriously and went above and beyond to help me. They found another walk in, called them for me, provided the reason for the visit and inquired about wait times. The walk in was expecting me and we didn't wait long there at all. I really appreciate the help I was given during my child's illness, and the kindness I was shown.

They're professional, helpful people. They've always been patient and kind with me even if I'm forgetful or terse. I used to just stop by whatever pharmacy happened to be most convenient while running errands, but I've consistently used this Total Health Pharmacy location for a few years now, and I don't plan to stop.

Exceptionally rude customer service experienced today and I am transferring my files from here to other pharmacy.If you care about nice behave I don’t recommend this store. They are busy for nothing. I am sorry to say may be I am unfortunate to have a rude customer service fro there, I will never go there to purchase my medicine.

Total Health Pharmacy in Whitby Mall is excellent.The Pharmacists are very knowledgeable help with any questions or Concernsand the staff is very courteous and friendly.I mainly Deal with Nancy and she is just wonderful.Their Patient care is Beyond Exceptional
