Fantastic and honest business. They let me bring my own parts to be installed. The part was crap and I ended up returning it to Amazon
but Spotless installed a part same day. One of the few places that can do r1234 refrigerant.

Michelle and the mechanics here are amazing people to do business with. They are HONEST people who get the job done right on the first time around; if you aren't satisfied, they happily take you back and get your job done. They do not cut corners or try to up-sell you on your job. I don't live anywhere near Whitby, but I will continue to keep coming here for all my Auto, Glass, Detailing & Car Care needs. Hard to find honest people like these guys.

I bought my first car at Spotless 4 years ago and the customer service was amazing. My car has been running like new ever since. I go here to get my regular maintenance and I know I’m getting the best service (honest and affordable). Definitely recommend 10/10.

Steve and his son and daughter are excellent at what they do. These mechanics/ technicians were very friendly and very honest. I'm really satisfied with their work and will definitely be bringing my car back for any future work. An honest and excellent shop is worth their weight in gold. I highly recommend this shop.

Steve at Spotless saved my old Lincoln!Full disclosure: I’m very picky and am one of those people that will ask a million questions and feel like auto repair shops take advantage of my lack of knowledge as a woman.Not once did I feel overwhelmed or anxious in Steve and his team’s care.Steve was open and realistic about what needed to be fixed and explained what work was being done with me and confirmed before starting. Without having to ask he explained the work again when I picked my vehicle up. He didn’t make me feel like I was asking too much and was super friendly and a genuinely good guy. I felt like family and I will never take my vehicles anywhere else.I recommend Spotless Auto to everyone and anyone that is looking to have a great experience as an auto customer.

Scam artists! This was my 3rd or 4th vehicle they have replaced my windshield on. I had to drop off my vehicle before they opened and pick it up after they closed. Several times they quoted a price but they charged me $250 more than the quote without contacting me first to let me know it would more. They had all the information they needed to get the proper windshield. Lesson learned, always get the quote in writing.
