I walked into the store buying a Freedom top up card, but Yash was the guy who not only helped me fixing my issue with Freedom, but also got me on a two year contract for IPhone 15. Got a great deal ! I am so happy I walked in ! 5 star to the store and Service !

My boyfriend and I went in today to get him a new phone. Justice made the confusing process a breeze, ensuring to check for every available deal so we could get the best bang for our buck. She couldn’t have been more kind and understanding. Her patience and expertise truly made our shopping experience exceptional. We left feeling grateful for her assistance and confident in our purchase. Justice's outstanding customer service deserves recognition.

I've read some of the reviews in here and laugh, not sure what the issue was but I attended this location today and had probably the best experience to date getting a new phone. Justice is a manager here and quite honestly I am shocked she doesn't have her own branch. Justice explained the mess my plan was in and from my own negligence shared with me how much I had been overpaying. She took the time to break down the costs, provide her best suggestions for my phone needs currently and long term and went out of her way to ensure she secured me the best plan and best price which led to me saving 50 dollars a month while walking out with a brand new current model phone. I cannot say enough about her and am beyond grateful for her amazing customer service, honesty, professionalism and overall genuine conversation while waiting for my phone to transfer. This girl will not be here long as I told her I see big things in her future. After reading all the poor reviews on here I can just imagine the real story behind some of them and the one complaining about the secure access inconvenience? Try reading a bit about the many cell phone store robberies and try placing yourself in the employees place on the receiving end of a store robbery before you comment on the company remedy to a legitimate safety issue from the comfort of your keyboard. As for some of the other sour reviews I didn't encounter any other employee aside from Justice so I will just say maybe you got the rotten apple that day and next time ask for Justice I guarantee you won't have a poor review afterwards. Rogers please take the time to recognize employees like Justice, she is beyond an asset to your organization and has great things in her future whether at Rogers or the company that recognizes excellence.

On Friday February 2, 2024 I went to a Rogers store in North York (Centrepoint mall) as I lost my SIM card and was told they cannot help me replace my SIM card. So I called the Rogers store at Brock St & Taunton road and the lady told me to come in before they close and they'll be happy to assist me. So on my way home I stopped by the Rogers store & the lady assisted me with replacing my SIM card. Transaction was seamless. No complaints as this is not the first time I've been to this location.

Admission to the store is by appointment only. It is mandatory to present an ID document with a photo. They require a photo for the camera placed outside. The service is nice but incompetent, they don't know what they sell.I definitely don't recommend it.

I when looking for a new internet line and starting by they literally scan my faces and treat me as I was a criminal following by the way of the manager treat me she actually think is superior to everybody else and when I try to compared the Ofer between company literally kicked me out of the store saying “ when you mention another company , to me we are done “ and asked me to leave .. what a bad server .. pleas don go to this location ….

We went there to buy 3 mobile phones and sim cards for our company I went around 3 pm on Friday but they said they are close. Really??? Is it a joke??Worst customer service ever seen. Because of this people we lost impression on rogers.
