As a women, I have been here twice by myself. I'd say the experience both times was amazing. The workers there are honest and will explain things to you really well. I have never felt pressured or made to feel scared to by into more services. Joe at the front is very friendly. I sat in the shop for a while listening to him speak and a few mechanics came in needing services and he talked to them with just as much respect as he talked to me who doesn't know anything. I was very impressed by that. All and all. A great place to go if you are a women wanting to find a place that is comfortable for you. :)

Had to get a windshield replaced a couple months ago. They got the right part in for me after a small mixup in ordering, but they took care of everything on their end and even gave me a small discount for the trouble. Brought my wife's car in for a small chip on the windshield today and they wouldn't even take her money because it didn't look like it needed any work. Nice to find an honest shop, and will be doing business with them again.

We had a bearing replaced last week and the service was top notch. Joe was so easy to work with and absolutely so knowledgeable! It was a refreshing change from dealing with a dealership that was going to charge almost twice what we paid!
Found our new shop for all our auto needs!

I have brought my car here a couple of times for different reasons and every time the staff is pleasant, honest and hardworking. When I noticed my windshield had a chip from what I presume was a flying rock, they quickly squeezed me in and patched it up before the crack became a bigger problem for which I’m very grateful. Thank you to the amazing team at Monroe as I will be a repeat client.

Got the windscreen on my 2023 Mazda 3 Sport replaced at Monroe Auto. I had showed them my vehicle earlier, got to them because I din’t have confidence in the workshop my Insurance company wanted me to take the vehicle to. A very pleasant experience and they even got me a pick up and drop service for running an errand while the car was being fixed. A definite thumbs up!
