Wireless Wave is my go-to when it comes to upgrading my phone or changing my plan. Everyone I’ve encountered there is great, but I specifically really like Lisa’s company. She really goes above and beyond in every situation, and always puts the customer first.Switching service providers can sometimes be complicated - and she makes the process a lot more bearable.It’s nice to know I know exactly where to go if I’m having a hard time with my service provider.Thanks WW!

It's a waste to give even one star. This is a place where the owner is a fraudster and the employees are also fraudulent. When you visit there first time, you never know what I'm talking about. After some time, you will know what I am talking about. Foreigners be especially careful. They will pick up a defective cell phone, say it is a good one, and sell it.

I got my device upgraded at wireless wave, Lisa helped to upgrade my device to new iPhone 15 and she also helped me get another 50 gb of data the staff there is amazing and Lisa went above and beyond and contacted the Roger’s tech support so just that I could get the deal and I would suggest all my friends to get devices here! I am from Waterloo and never have I received such a good service 5⭐️

Tanner is the reason I keep coming back to this wireless wave location. I’ve been back 4 or 5 times now whenever I need a new plan or phone and he’s always got me a great deal on both and willing to go the extra mile for his customers. I’d highly recommend this location and speaking with Tanner. His honesty and hard work makes him a pleasure to deal with!

Upon my arrival i was welcomed into the second position in the line, it had come to my surprise that the very professional hardworking young lady (Lisa) was a profound multitasker.I had all of my questions answered as well as all of my issues resolved in a surprisingly short matter of time as did the young gentleman in front of me.Needless to say I was very happy with my experience and would recommend this location to anybody in the surrounding area.
