Poor customer service interaction with store and head office. Company is more concerned with bottom line than customer satisfaction. Company did not honour initial discount on promotion. Promotion changes often within week. Buyer beware - price fixing. From HO -"Without controls in place, staff could override prices whenever and however they want. That is certainly not a responsible way to operate and would be a serious Loss Prevention issue. Reports are run daily, and we monitor manual discounts very closely for this very reason"Does this sound like good customer service?

We've been going to that store for a decade and never had such a terrible experience. A "Sheena" who insisted that we sanitise our hands - already had - and who continued with her harassing ignorant behavior despite being told this. Rather what we said was ignored, she argued about sanitising, and did not stop with her unprofessional approach until I said enough & told her to go away.Had we not been white I wouldn't be surprised if Sheena followed us around the store. Her behaviour was typical of racists by stereotyping on appearance and not listening but maintaining her mentality.

Acted like i had the plague when I went in store. The didnt want to touch hangers and didnt carry anything to change room for me. Probably won't go back. One I believe was Manager
