3 staff. I was the only person in the store. I don't really like being coddled in a store, but a quick "hello there" wouldn't kill anyone. The male cashier, in response to me genuinely thanking him for help with an exchange was "sure.". Honestly, it's a pretty great job. I managed as a store as a young man, and worked in a lot of places. Do a bit better. Thanks.

Had to exchange some clothings and was confused but got helped by the staff. They were friendly and helpful especially Alyssa, she did a great job helping me cus I can be pretty handful some time and it was one of those times. Had a great time there

Decent clothes but staff just talk behind counter and don't acknowledge you. Took forever to finally try clothes on in change room and to pay. Whole time I was hearing the staff talking loudly mocking people.

Horrible customer service. 3 girls working and just standing behind the counter. A girl who didn’t even work there was able to help my daughter and myself find a pair of jeans we liked. Doubt I will be back.

No one acknowledged I was in the store. No greeting, no nothing. Both girls working were goofing off with each other at the back of the store. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to ring out my stuff and no one came to help me. I left all my items at the front and walked out... Honestly I dont think anyone knew I was in the store. Good place if you want to steal - good thing I am an honest person.

Every time I have gone to this location all the sales people are huddled at the cash gossiping. They're not quiet about it so you hear it all. They don't ask if you need anything or check in on you. You always have to approach them. This location is unprofessional, not clean, and unwelcoming.

No cash refunds on items with receipt and tags. Change rooms are closed... very unfair policy.

Good deals. However, both girls on the afternoon shift didn't bother to ask if I needed help. They asked everyone but me. Ignorance. I won't go to their location here in Welland ever again. I love Welland, but it's people like those two who make me want to choose a different Bluenotes location to bring business to.

Disgusting treatment of customers. The old lady with short blonde hair, who is allegedly the manager, was asked a question about sizing, looked a potential customer up and down, said no, and walked away. Absolutely unacceptable.
