Was in Waterloo for the afternoon and have never been to this location before. It was bright, well organized and most importantly the staff member was friendly, welcoming and eager to help. That's what customer service is all about. Not sure what type of training Popeye's staff members and owners are recieving but its top notch!

Triz was amazing. Personable, positive, knowledgeable, attentive and a100% gem. If I was still working in my previous job (managed 400 staff in Western Canada). I would have done whatever it took to recruit her. Whatever you are paying her, it isn’t enough. Next to impossible to find staff like this. Thanks for all your help!!

Hands down the best staff! I took a year off even going to the gym and one of them still remembered me and what I used to order! They're always very honest and make finding what you need very easy. They have my full respect, give these guys a raise!

The staff have recently become rude and less pateint. After asking 2 questions about the deals that they had, one raised his voice on me infront of my father. If I'm spending $200+ in any store I must be able to ask questions until I am fully convinced.
