I wish there were more bulk options right now I will run out fast on mushrooms and it is really expensive. The product is otherwise really nice I just use a lot of it and often.

I always have the best experience at this location! the associates are lovely and super helpful. today, I was looking for a product that’s on back order; Vandan was so kind to look up other stores in the area that would have it for me! I will definitely be back :)

I want to express my gratitude to Jennifer, Kevin, and the amazing staff for their friendly and compassionate services. For three years, I've been buying health products from Fiddleheads in Waterloo, and the staff has always been very welcoming and patient when I've had a question or two. Their understanding of their products has been crucial to my good health and well-being, which I am impressed with. Their cafe is something I am particularly pleased with. Their smoothies are of the highest quality in the area. Every week, I go and buy smoothies for my family because they are very nutritious and healthy. I am grateful for your care for me and the customers you serve.

I normally don’t get full after having a smoothie but I wanted to try the tiramisu smoothie and boy oh boy was it ever Satiating. It was as delicious as if I was eating the dessert itself. I will absolutely order this again.

Fiddleheads is the best place to go if you want fact based information on vitamins and minerals and supplements and the one on Bridgeport Street is my favourite because I can walk there they always have what I’m looking for and they literally have almost everything A great deal of variety and options
