The owner is a phenomenal human being. The staff is always so kind and patient. They always remember our names and inquire how other family members are doing. If they don't have what you need in stock, they go and find it for you. Fast reliable service.

This place is my absolute go to when any medication is prescribed or needed. Pharmacist Mr Abdul Latif is super helpful and I got his help every time I went there. He always remembers the details of my meditation. Thanks to this great guy and his amazing team who answers all the inquiries. So glad to have them in my hood. Wish them all the very best. Cheers!

Amazing Pharmacist and all the people who work with him . So thankful for everything they have done for me and my family . I always feel welcomed and greeted like part of the family. The pharmacist very knowledgeable and very very kind . Not one doctor in Canada helped me and support me more then the pharmacist at this clinic. 10 out of 10 ! If we can give an award ? Id give them all to this clinic and to this pharmacist. Too bad not all medical professionals like him . He actually cares and it makes a huge difference.

My first time visiting this pharmacy was yesterday. I moved to Waterloo for school and got my prescription switched over. I picked up my prescription yesterday but realized after arriving home I received the wrong medication. I called today to inquire about that and got put on the phone with the owner. He profusely apologized for the mistake and delivered the correct medication directly to my house, apologizing again in person and giving me a lovely pen alongside my medication. Extremely kind and accommodating people. I would recommend anyone come to this pharmacy to top notch care!

Hands down one of the best pharmacies I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with, the pharmacist is amazing, goes above and beyond for his patients, his staff are always welcoming with me and my family, this pharmacy I will be staying with forever !

I don’t know it is my luck or something else. Whenever i visited this place i found doctor is not available and it is temporary closed. In last 1 year i tried this place almost 5 to 6 times. Latest attempt was on yesterday. If doctor is not available for extended period of time then you can post this message outside the clinic or on google as well.

Very rude receptionist. I was here for a walk-in, and she said the doctor is not here today. And then I asked when the doctor comes back, and she said she doesn’t know and immediately proceeded to pick up a phone call without saying anything back to me. I then waited in front of here for a minute, while she covered the phone and pointed me to “go ask the pharmacist” and returned to her phone call.Then I proceeded to ask the pharmacist to see when the doctor comes in, and they said they don’t know because the doctor is out of the country, while having the huge “walk-in clinic open” sign at the front. I really feel discriminated here since I saw a person coming out of the doctor’s office when I was leaving. This should not be acceptable.

My son was experiencing stomach pains. I came to the walk in clinic attached to Alpha Med. It was closed. The pharmacist, Mohamed Abdul Latif, asked if there was anything he could help me with. I explained why we were there. He asked questions and gave a quick examination of my son.He then advised me to take him to St Mary's hospital for suspected appendicitis.I did. It was. He had surgery that night.This is not my first time receiving fantastic medical advice from Mr Latif.He is consistently knowledgeable and professional.I am extremely grateful to have his services in my neighbourhood.Many thanks.

The walk in clinic is always closed whenever we wanted to approach. Not a single time it was open, be it weekday, first half, second half. Wastage of time.We shouldn’t have drove to here. Will never come again.
