[email protected] as per the response below. I did not receive a reply to my email. One week has passed after my complaint was sent and nobody reached out. It goes to show that they don't really care about customer service. Avoid this store.***
Walked in on a Sunday and thought everybody was a customer because they were all sitting down on the job. Then I saw they all held tablets and looked bored. I've never even such poor and lazy customer service at a furniture store my entire life. They all stared and didn't even greet us or even acknowledge us. Only after 5 minutes of browsing did an employee approach us.
We left the store and were greeted immediately and assisted within seconds at Ashley's where we will be making our purchase.

I purchased a recliner and it wasn’t until after I paid that they told me it was out of stock. No calls to let me know when it was in stock. When I went to the store location where I purchased it, only then did they tell me it was available. I purchased in May and it was just delivered in October 17. The delivery guys were absolutely great and they were the best part of this whole purchase.

Ekta is my sales rep. I can’t say enough good things about what a great sales rep she is. We met a customer service to process a deposit return for another item. While waiting I saw a couch on clearance and asked for som info on it. She didn’t case me around the store ! No pressure , she just let me sell myself. Great experience ! She never stopped helping me out after I made up my mind on my own to purchase the couch.Thank you so much for everything ! And a great buying experience.

Sarosh was an outstanding sales associate. He was thorough, very knowledgeable and very patient! I am detail oriented so it takes a lot to stand out to me and Sarosh definitely did. He took the time to get to know my needs, concerns and desires and really guided me towards getting what I wanted. He went out of his way to assist me even when he wasn't working! I highly recommend him!
