I had 4 rings that needed to be cleaned up. My dad recently passed away and Susan restored one of his rings to such a beautiful state I don’t even think it was ever this brilliantly shiny in his lifetime. She sized it perfectly for me and now I can wear it every day. My wedding/engagement rings are so clean and shiny again. I am blown away by the service and overall care Susan and her team provided. My fiance went to Pallottas to pick my engagement ring. They made a stunning beautiful custom ring on short notice for him. We went back for our bands and had such a fun and special time choosing them. The customer service here is incredible. The prices are unmatchable! I can’t recommend enough.

Palotta made getting a custom ring made so smooth! It came out beautiful. I asked for a diamond that 5 other jewelers said would be impossible to get (private and chain stores). Palotta's pricing was great. Custom rings are a risk but mine came out perfect. I am forever grateful to this professional and friendly team. I have also had rings sized here, other jewelry fixed, stones replaced - always a great experience. I'll continue to shop there and definitely recommend others do as well :)

I’ve dealt with many businesses in my time, but have never dealt with one as committed to product excellence and customer satisfaction as Pallotta Jewellers. From the consultation stage to the final product, Susan provided excellent customer service every step of the way! The end result was an absolutely stunning ring that now sits on my Fiancé’s finger that blew away all expectations. The quality of work is second to none and I cannot thank the team at Pallotta enough for making the entire process so seamless and fulfilling. I could not possibly give them a stronger endorsement!
