Rude and unprofessional staff! I had the worst experience at this store. I went in to exchange a garment and the cashier was just so rude. Even without listening to what I wanted to do, she said it wasn't possible to exchange because the tags were removed. However, the store policy is that a refund cannot be issued if the tags were removed. I had to take off the tags, later realized it was the wrong size so I brought the tags along with me for the exchange. Then the cashier was trying to school me about how exchanges work and the way she was judging me just because I am Indian. That's absolutely racist. Then she called another cashier who looked at the garment and said “oh we can't issue the refund but can exchange it!” THAT's WHAT I WANTED TO DO IN THE FIRST PLACE! AN EXCHANGE! HORRIBLE! She could've been a bit more kind and let me know that the tags need to be in place, or we can do the exchange. And the worst part is once the exchange was done, she literally chucked the shopping bag at me without handing it to me! Like she’s doing me a favour by exchanging a garment that wasn’t my size ?

At least 40% of my socks and boxer briefs are CKs. I always like the way they fit me.. Comfy and nice.

The cashier at the store is soooooo rude! I brought 2 t-shirt for &55, she overcharged $14! When I went back to fix the problem she immediately corrected it, seems she has already known that. During the refund process, I tried to tap my card on the machine like what I did in other stores, she said rudely “did you hear me? It will automatically refund.” I really like this store, hopefully the company can give more training on customer service.

Really disappointed. I always used to get my cloths from CK. Last time I bought two pants, and I was so confident on this brand that even did not keep the receipt. After only one week of wearing, one of the pants started to make pilling on the fabric. I attach a picture. Only one week!!

Great choices of goods. Hope you will have more sales so I can come back for more. Minus 1 star for the unpleasant service of the staff. I was looking for more shirt choices but the staff just said to look for it myself and pointed at a certain aisle. Then he saw a good looking guy and offered him a much more pleasant service.

I got help from a clerk on the floor purchasing a spring bomber jacket. She told me the sign above indicated it was 40% off, and I would get another 10% off because I was a member. I went to the cashier, and she said it was only 10% off. She was smug and had a negative attitude. She checked with the clerk who helped me and confirmed I was correct. The clerk who helped me did tell me it was 40% off, but she was wrong as it was too bad I would get the discount. I purchased the jacket and spoke to the manager, who promptly apologized and said he could do nothing about the deal. I found this to be inaccurate and not helpful.I will not return to this store—poor attitude from cashiers, unhelpful managers, and clerks who need help understanding what is on sale. Customers should not have to deal with deceptive advertising practices either.

Received lots of help while browsing, in the changeroom and at checkout with open arms. The manager and staff (thank you, Angela!) were incredibly patient looking after us.

WOW! amazing staff :)) I needed help finding a two piece set last minute for a birthday and was stumbled about what to buy! Lovely kamara helped me find an outfit!! and made me feel so happy purchasing the item! amazing addition to the staff, and a great hard worker!! Will be back again

AVOID THIS LOCATION!! DON’T PAY CASH AT THIS LOCATION. Staff on the floor offer no assistance and the cashiers are very rude. Managers are even worse. It’s like a requirement to be rude to work here. If you pay cash and return an item even with your receipt and tags attached they literally want a bunch of ID, your first born child and blood or they refuse your return.DON’T PURCHASE DARKER COLOUR TRACKSUITS. The clothing is cheap for a reason, lack of quality. After a few washes, following the washing instructions darker colour track pieces fade significantly. Looking old and unwearable outside your home if you want to look like a presentable individual. Better off purchasing Nike tracksuits.

When they on sale its really good... suggestion is to know whe. Thry on sale bc only huge sizes left most times on clearance but u can buy 3 times more than usual.. i like it..

I was recently shopping for men's briefs. Sanaz the Manager was very helpful with finding me the sizes that I needed. She also showed me different colours of the same style which was really nice of her too. The wait to be cashed out was not too long. Overall great experience!
