We recently purchased an SUV, I'm extremely happy with our first Toyota Rav4 vehicle. Dominic was very patient, caring and understanding of our situation with the insurance; the staff there provided great and prompt customer service! Dominic's wife was was also great making sure everything needed to pick up the car was in order; really appreciate great service provided! I will give it 4.5 rating ! The car is also in great condition ? and they were very accomodating, thank you ?

My son bought a car from this company and it has been an unmitigated disaster from the first day. Many things have gone wrong, and they do not stand behind their sale. I will never consider doing business with this company and I recommend that you stay far away.

I bought a 2014 Hyundai Accent from Domenic and the team here at West Toronto about six months ago. I had the best experience buying here and will absolutely return for future purchases and recommend them to friends and family. Domenic, Maria, and Josh were all so helpful throughout. The purchase process did not feel rushed and it really feels like they want you to land on the right vehicle for you. I was in a bit of a rush to buy since I didn't currently own a vehicle and they handled everything for me within a couple days. The car was and has remained in excellent shape since I bought it. Highly recommend this spot for anyone in the Toronto area looking to buy a vehicle!

Bought a 2010 Focus SE, 74k KM, 5sp from here. Dominic and María are very friendly. Was able to test drive and look over the car, and they took care of everything. The car was very neat and tidy, better than advertised, and very happy with the purchase. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase a car from this business. 5/5

Bought a car from West Toronto a couple weeks ago and am really happy with the service. Dealer was honest and stood behind the car after the sale was completed. There was a small issue with a vent actuator and they fixed it no charge and no questions asked (did it in less than 48 hours, btw). I would recommend this dealer to family and friends.
