President, CEO! Nobody cares about their fellow man/woman. These horrible people put my kids and I out of a vehicle taking our car for over!!!!!!!!!!!!! 10 months, in 3 different Simplicity locations and closing one of their own while my car was there in Aurora. Put us in 7-9 different rentals which all together with their false promises and lies had me miss almost a full month of work in a year. Gave us back the car not once, but twice very unsafe, the last garage they sent me to is one that deemed my car unsafe and then also had to fix the other unsafe work done to it by East York Simplicity Car Care. Then when we were told it's all finally done! Had car two days with error codes. I told President Domenic Ieraci and he said "oh my I have kids I'm so sorry, call me tomorrow and we'll get this fixed". HE BLOCKED MY PHONE NUMBER. I called him back from a blocked number. I started talking and he hung up on me. Yet! They promote helping sick kids hospital, but put my kids in harms way, along with many others in my unsafe vehicle. SHAME ON THE PRESIDENT DOMENIC IERACI AND Prochilo's FOR DOING NOTHING! But keeping us and general public unsafe! SHAME ON YOU ALL! I'll make everyone, everywhere, anywhere I can like here, be aware of how you all really are.

Brought my car here to get body work done after a minor collision. I was pleasantly surprised to pick up a fully detailed car. The body work was excellent too. Car is no longer banged up and bruised.

place is untrustworthy , manager Jason miss leads you and promises you things till it's time to pay this is a shop looks nice but it is just a cover for the piece work shop in the back warning do not use this shop

Dropped off my car today staff have poor communication with their customers. Really weary on how the repairs are going to be. Sat inside wasting 10 minutes. Staff seemed more concerned about other work and not the customer that’s facing them. Communication prior to dropping off car was lacklustre and they don’t even reply to emails. Only had one positive experience so far with them and it was a lady name unsure but she followed up was polite unlike the two guys inside this morning. She is the reason they got three stars else would have been one. Got my car things were stolen like other commenters not impressed will never use this location ever again!

My business with Simplicity has always been arranged through my Insurance. Impressive garage with a lot of vehicles being serviced by lots of Mechanics. Deserves 5-Stars save for having to wait almost 5 Months for a part to arrive, and they tried to do me a favour, but they installed a flat-tire I had stored in my trunk. Didn’t realize until I drove off the Lot… no biggie. Good customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this mechanic shop with Assistant Pavithran, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt well taken care of. Pavithran was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was satisfied with the service.
The mechanics at this shop did a great job on my car, and I felt confident in their expertise. The prices were fair, and the quality of work was top-notch. If your insurance company recommends you to this auto shop. Don’t do it. My car was rear ended in January, and now it’s May, they haven’t received the parts for repairs. And my car is a Honda Civic. Plus every time when I call to check, they put me on hold for 10-15 minutes. It’s certainly not worth your time with this auto shop.

Employee whose first initial is K at the front desk of this business is a complete nightmare to deal with. Rude and evasive, essentially accused me of lying. I cannot understand how anyone would put this person as the face of their business. The owner seems decent and I feel badly for leaving a negative review, but perhaps it will help in some way.To be clear, the actual car repair was professionally done to a high standard despite extreme delays, which I understand due to global parts shortage. Garbage and someone's dirty sweatshirt was left in my car, however.Will never come back under any circumstances.

Unfortunately thought it would be a good idea to take luxury vehicle here but it wasn’t.Took off everything to take an estimate but upon putting it back they destroyed the car.The bottom shields have fallen off other parts of the cars also came out.If you have an old non luxury car you ll be ok.But for high end especially new vehicles don’t recommend it.Take it through the company dealership.
