Today was one of my worst experiences at this location. I had to make a return today on a shampoo due to an allergy reaction I did place the order online so I made sure I returned it on time (today) the “manager” that was working today went I went around 3:30 on cash I couldn’t get her name as she was not wearing a name tag! Darker skinned complexion and had it in a bun and was wearing gold eye shadow from what I remembered. she was so rude and miserable didn’t seem like she was a fit to be working in the beauty community, she refused my return since she said it was passed the return date ? But my receipt said clearly today was the last day. But nope wanted to just be rude and still refused and did not know why. Ive clearly caught her on the wrong day .. I’ve also only used the product only twice !!!! I just excepted the store credit and called customer service. Even said they should’ve honoured the return. I made a file and complaint. I’ve also called the store to see if I can get the name of the lady and she did not want to help me as well “sorry your description doesn’t match anyone that works here almost like she wanted to protect her - i called at (4:37pm) and I just wanted to know her name ! It’s just sad how management can treat people this way- going through this stores reviews seems like the rudeness, lack of customer service is an on going situation at this store - and need to be put through better training to be treating customers and clients, it should not be like this being in the beauty industry. And all I just wanted to do was simply make a return.
I called the store again today (wed Nov 13) at 2:20pm to see if I can get the name of her and someone picked up and again also SOOOOO RUDE and did not want to help me what so ever ! And said I’ll just hang up the phone you! Omggg are you kidding me?

Very rude staff. Well I went there as I had issue with the points on my account and were added to the account that didnt even belong to me.
I went there a day before yesterday when I was told to come tomorrow with the product and they can fix it for me. When I went there next day with the product I was told that they can do nothing .. and giving me a horrible look and talking to me so rudely which was so offensive. Well Sephora you need to train your staff and tell how to treat the customers. I would never ever go to this place…

I went in to look for a few items was not greeted. The salespeople were more interested in chatting about their weekend. I found someone finally and asked her where an item was kept after looking around with no assistance. She pointed and was annoyed that I asked her to help me locate the item. Unacceptable and rude to say the least. I finally located the item by myself as the salespeople continued chatting about their weekend.

I feel like the experience here is just as crappy as the Bay Alo. Same vibe. Snobby customers and staff. Only one south Asian girl actually did her job to stop by after many staff saw me alone. The south Asian greeter was also energetic but there were bunch of ‘wannabe’ Caucasian staff by perfume area just chatting sway couldn’t care less. I had to emphasize this bc some people are not there for the right reasons an should be fired.

9 customers lining up with only 1 cashier. Lol. Definitely there were staff available to jump on cashier.

i had my makeup done by emily tonight. she did an amazing job! i wanted something soft and not too crazy — she nailed it. she is so sweet and i loved talking to her too! get your makeup done by her!!

The worst Sephora experience ever. I’ve been shopping at different Sephoras over years and never been treated this way I have here. I was looking for a deal I’ve seen online and as I was asking them and trying to show them and they were raising their voice at us and treating us as they were doing us favour. Their employees are extremely rude.

Got a haus labs concealer listed as $38 on the display in store and was charged $43.50 for it.
This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. Don’t think I’ll be coming here again.

Elena / Alaina was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! She guided us through different hair products that were best suited for each person’s hair type within our group. Her recommendations and expertise gave us much more confidence and insight into our purchases, thank you!

Please give training again to the staff of Sephora's( location)bloor and bay specially for casher who don't have hair's on head because of behavior is too bad for delivery boys (doordash ) driver's ❌❌❌???

The workers at this location is so friendly and helpful. I had a coupon from few years ago and they were so patient and got me product redeemed. I will go to shop at this location from now on and avoid the Eaton Center location.

A lady called Anisa (think this is her name, if I didn’t mistaken) helped me with my purchase today. I was struggling with what color I should be using for the Charlotte Tilbury foundation and she was helping me patiently and nicely. First time at this location and very positive experience :)

The sephora on bloor is a reason why shopping online is a godsend. Unhelpful, judgemental staff all the way up to management. Rancid vibes here, unfortunately.
