My husband and I were furniture shopping and we had the pleasure of meeting Cosby to guide us through our experience at Roche Bobois. First of all, we were impressed with all the furniture. They are like pieces of art! Absolutely beautiful! I have to say that Cosby’s professionalism, attention to detail, knowledge, and customer service exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend him for anyone seeking top-notch design guidance. We had the best experience! Thank you!

Moved to a new condo downtown recently and was on the hunt for some beautiful yet functional pieces that exuded exceptional design quality, standing out from the mass produced junk that's saturating the market.Andrew Baker provided exceptional assistance in helping me and my partner curate a collection that felt custom, comfy, stylish, and sophisticated. He was patient, compassionate, and has phenomenal taste. The level of service he provided from start to finish made me feel like a high roller without any sales pressure. Will continue to seek out his services for my next home project. Bravo, RB!

After spending tens of thousands in store I was lied to, humiliated and made to beg for and chase my rightful refund by the staff and management at this store in such a way that in my opinion amounts to an attempt to defraud me.Some of the pieces I ordered had not arrived 9 months after ordering and leaving deposit. No updates were provided in the interim. 9 months in, I inquired about my missing items and learned there was still no known date for delivery. At this point I could no longer wait and asked to cancel (as per their policy in these cases) and I was willing to use deposit toward other pending purchases.Manager at this point blatantly lied to me that cancellation is not allowed. Had to get legal advice to review their policy, send them excerpts from their own policy and relevant legal disclosures from Ontario act that allow for returns in such instances of extreme delay without cause and cc the regional director.Only then, did they agree to cancel my order.Then it took weeks to try and get my deposit back; I emailed repeatedly inquiring about my refund without any reply. Finally refund was done by wire…some three weeks later after my husband stepped in.I have never been so humiliated, so lied to repeatedly and taken advantage of. Whether it’s because I’m a woman, whether it’s because I’m young or first generation Canadian I don’t know - but this experience shook me.

Shopping for French furniture is not easy in Toronto as the choices are not greatRoche Bobois is an exception: it is of excellent quality that will last a long time.It is not cheap, but the furniture will last foreverAnthony is our designer/ salesperson, and he is patient, humble and knowledgeable

Bought multiple items of furniture including a bed, mahjong sofa, and side table. The bed came damaged on arrival. They sent someone who was not able to fix it then made zero attempt to remedy the situation. Horrible customer service for a high end product. I can’t even get off their mailing list!

The Parliament Street location of Roche Bobois in Toronto is the most memorable that I've visited in years. The collection is beautifully chosen and well displayed. It's colorful and quirky, but not exclusively so for those who prefer more subdued and traditional furniture. Cosby, who showed me around the store, was a pleasure to meet. He was at once friendly, knowledgeable, informative and a delight to deal with. If you are a fan of Roche Bobois furniture and a lover of beautiful things, don't miss visiting this location.

Beautiful quality furniture. It is pricey, but there are some unique designs that you won’t find other places. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they are kid friendly. There is a parking lot on the east side of the building for customer use. Definitely worth a visit before your next decoration project.

Our order arrived in perfect condition : Roberto Tapinassi & Maurizio Manzoni collection.
Upholstered in Missoni (ottoman) and the sofa Is in cabaret velvet (100% cotton). Padded seats, backs and armrests. Manufactured in Europe.
