The cashiers are all very friendly. Unfortunately, one of their front end supervisor Audrey/Aubrey is disrespectful and lacks the communication skills to be managing or dealing with customers. In particular, in this event, scolding other staff members in front of several customers in the middle of transactions. Not exactly the most efficient way of handling staff and long line of customers with busy transactions. She lacks empathy and abuses her “power” of authority by scolding staff members right in front of paying customers. Better training and coaching would be advantageous. I hope Management recognizes this.

Small, yet still unorganized. No self check-out. Long lines, waste of time.

I don’t like the location always only 2 cashiers working line up waiting 20 minutes for 2 or 3 items they never open another cashier

Avoid this branch at all costs. The employees are incredibly rude and treat customers with complete disrespect. I’d rather drive to a distant location than return here. If you plan to use coupons, don’t even bother—they act as if you’re beneath them for using them, and their lack of understanding about the process is astonishing.
I only gave this branch one star because there isn’t an option for zero. One employee, who has been there for a while, was especially unpleasant, showing a shocking lack of professionalism. This experience was enough to ensure I’ll never return to this location. The owner seriously needs to step in and train the staff on basic respect and customer service.

Older store. But they had my favourite No Name Rocket popsicles, which is becoming harder and harder to find.

If you like standing in a line up for 1/2 hour then this is the perfect store for you. They only ever have 2 cashiers on. Always.

Always understaffed. 2 cash registers open with lines going almost to the end of the aisles. Don't go here unless you absolutely need to or enjoy 30mins waiting in line

The wait time to cash out is ridiculous. Hire more people or hire adequate people to work here. Why is it so slow? Nadia get it together, this ship you running over there is a mess.
