This is a great store that sells the best point pens in a variety of colors and some inks, basic clothing, homewares, diffusers, and other cute Japanese items. It's well organized, has a lot of clever/innovative designs, and helpful staff. It's near the elevators up from the parking garage and the Real Fruit Bubble Tea shop.

It’s nice that there are two floors of merchandise in this Muji location but the shopping experience is not good. The customer service is consistently poor in all of my visits as the workers tend to have an unapproachable attitude. When you ask them for help (to clarify the sale/looking for a size), they act like they’re annoyed and don’t really want to interact with you. You’re better off shopping online or at the Muji location in Yorkdale. It’s nice to go in for a browse if you’re downtown already, but give your business where it’s valued.

Great stuff. Good quality price. Lots of 100% cotton stuff. Some items a bit thin to my taste but these days, it's a balance for budget and value, quality. One negative is everything in the store was mostly larger sizes left for women and men. They don't seem to inventory well given it shows that the customers are buying smaller sizes and leaving the larger ones. For an item I wanted there wasn't a single xs in any color. They said they'd get inventory in the next 2 weeks but if you're from out of town, too bad :/

This Muji is by far the best one in the GTA! Always has products that are hard to find or unavailable at their yorkdale location and other locations.
The staff are usually kind and very helpful, and the floors and products are always tidy and organized always!
Love their mini cafe in the store as well!

The quality of the products is very poor, and trying to Create a high-end impact? It’s interesting how Muji was considered cheap in Asian countries but increase the price double or even more here: So funny ?. Good to know Muji already closed so many stores in Canada and USA. I have to say, they really know how to package themselves, but please stop Cheating people for money. Boycott for this behavior

I am so happy that we have a MUJI store here in Toronto! I love their products, both household and clothing products. Great quality with a decent price for the most part. Many of their products are made in Japan as well, which makes it so worthwhile. Associates are all super helpful and knowledgeable.

A little disappointed, I went to ask some clerks for help only for them just to say "it's over there"
I was over there and couldn't find it, that's why I'm now over here ?
They were more into their conversations than helping.. I'm now heading to uniqlo
Plus side; the store is always nice and clean

It's alright - pretty small compared to the other Muji's I've been to.
2 floors, limited space. The robot barista on the 2nd floor is a nice gimmick.

Terrible attitude from the staff. As a Muji shopper, I've always thought Muji staff were helpful and polite–until today. Today, I visited Muji to get a few things but I could not find anyone on the floor to help find one item in particular. Still, I was ready to check out, I went to the checkout line and I asked the question to a cashier who wasn't servicing anyone, Mariana, she said they're out of stock but did not help at all afterwards (later on, I asked someone else about purchasing online and she actually confirmed there were a few in stock but she did not help find it either). Mariana refused to cash me out as she said she's here to "solve a problem" (? not sure why?) and the next cashier over did not want to help cash me out even though I was first in line. Then, Mariana serviced someone else who was behind me in line. Afterwards, two more customers cut in front of me. Genuinely cannot believe this behaviour coming from Muji because this has never been the experience before. Even the Aritzia staff at Eaton are kinder. Sharing my experience so you can shop online instead of visiting this location–plus, you get points on online purchases. Also, since it's back to school, it's basically become a playground for the TMU students.
