The on line booking is unreliable! When booking you need to book a time and when I called on Monday to confirm the time I was placed on hold 3 times and then disconnected. When I finally got through I was told they were too busy! I took time of work to bring my car in and was then refused. So I would say unreliable!!!

I just moved in the area and was looking for a trusty garage to support me with my SUV. Salvatore from this Midas location took amazing care of me. Although I had a simple tire change and storage servicing, I felt like a valued customer as he engaged me throughout the entire process. He showed that he cared about giving me a good experience. The process was flawless.

Honestly, I usually don’t care enough to write reviews but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The technician was kind and honest, but the owner was disgusting. I went in for a tire change and clarified THREE times that’s all I wanted (since I’ve heard places like this tend to try to up charge). Long story short, the owner called me to offer a free scan and clarified THREE times that I would only be charged if I went through with a repair. I clarified multiple times that I ONLY wanted to be charged for a tire repair. Of course, when I come to get my car, the bill had an extra charge for a scan… When I said I didn’t authorize it, the owner yelled at me, swore at me and treated me disrespectfully. Not to mention, the two lovely people in the waiting room agreed with me and got yelled at for doing so. There is a speedy repair next door. I would recommend taking your business there. Right or wrong (I was certainly right in this instance), no business owner should ever treat a customer like that.

Amazing customer service. I come here for all my oil changes and every time they provide a thorough inspection of my vehicle to ensure any additional maintenance items are rectified immediately. I always trust their judgement and they provide the best pricing. They work quickly and are always accommodating any last minute service requests I need.
I won’t go anywhere else to service my car.

Good and honest place. I went for a tire change and the owner and technician seemed nice and honest. Not like those smugs who put on all kinds of hidden charges on your bill. I liked this place.

Place tries to up charge and rip you off. The cost they tried to charge was 3x what they said when I dropped the car off. I had to argue to remove these charges. It still took more than twice as long as they said it would Avoid this place.
