PIZZA !!
I wish there was an option for a zero star as that is what I think of the metro pizza recently.
I am a long time Metro pizza consumer, But unfortunately my favour has taken its turn. It all started a few months ago when I noticed there was cheddar cheese on my fresh ordered pizza, I asked why is there cheddar on my pizza the kitchen worker said "that is the cheese they had", thus I let this matter go at that given time. The next week Before I was going to order my fresh pizza I told the workers not to put any cheddar cheese on the pizza, they said they cannot as the cheese comes as a mix. Due to this I refused to order a pizza and I stated a few months back the cheese was only mozzarella Why is it changed now? Therefore I will refrain from purchasing a pizza from metro until Metro resolves their cheese issue. I mean who wants Cheddar cheese on their pizza ? DISGUSTING!! The consumer has all the right to choose the toppings they desire this is including the cheeses.

I've been going here for 4 years. Over the past few months the store seems to be chronically understaffed. The employees that are there are working as hard as they can. 5 stars for the employees, 1 star for Metro head office.

Disappointing experience at Metro. I was appalled by the moldy, soggy produce in the reduced section. This raises serious food safety concerns, especially for vulnerable individuals. The manager's /supervisor response was unacceptable, implying that spoiled items are okay to sell be at not past the best before date. I hope Metro will take action to improve produce quality and staff training.

Well, this supermarket has pretty much everything you will find in the store and the staff is very nice and friendly and I have been coming here for more than 10 years and keep up the good work ? ? ? thanks

Worst location in Scarborough. I called the meat department and man said he would cut a steak to my liking, after driving for 20 minutes he said no. There was only one man working so it was him. The two other locations ( Vic park/ellsmere or Kennedy /401 have better meat selection and customer service. This os not the first time i have encountered poor customer service at this location.The Kennedy Common location always honors my meat requests, always and they advertise it. It is an extra 15 minutes but go there from now on.

Really close to my house but the food quality is disappointing most visits, to the point we have started shopping at Kennedy Commons location instead. Waaaaay too often is there expired food on the shelves, to the point where I cannot trust anything. I recently purchased (July) a soup that expired in March?! I’ve purchased expired feta cheese before, and we’ve found feta expired months ago still on the shelves. Always check the prepackaged quiches, often the vacuum seal is broken on the inner sleeve, making them mold heavily. Nothing quite like finding an entire pie covered in mold to get you hungry! I’m not sure if it’s negligence or if they are severely understaffed, but head office needs to look into what is happening at this location.
