Had an iphone8 plus that started making grinding noises. Looked up DIY solutions online and was going to order tools to fix myself. Called iTech just to see what they could do and they quoted me $5 less than the cost of purchasing tools and $20 less than another repair shop down the street! I took it in and was there 10 min and it was done. Picked up EarPods while there. Will definitely go back!

I went in a couple weeks ago with what I thought was a cracked screen. Yong was super helpful in pointing out my screen wasn’t cracked and helped with putting on a new screen protector.

Let me say I rarely write a review but this time it’s worth it. Yong is a great guy who does excellent work. He’s honest and capable and a cool person. He’s fixed a computer, a phone, recommended good gadgets, and all with a personal touch that makes me feel like a valued customer. Aces!
