I went there to buy a jacket. No doubt there are lots of varieties in clothing and I enjoyed shopping over there but the staff was not good. They should change the staff because they do not care about customer at all. She said something so fast that I cannot understand then when I asked to repeat she was like "nothing". They should better hire good representatives for a good store like this.

I’m not usually write a bad review. But today there’s a rude employee at around 3pm. Who is black and skinny girl and wears gold bracelets. I was not happy with the way she talked and looked at me. But the other employees are really kind.

My cashier says their system is down can’t scan to collect loyalty points and the other cashier ask the customer next to me to collect the points ! ?? customers aren’t dumb nor deaf. Get your act together girl!

Terrible customer service. I spent almost 45 minutes trying to get assistance over the phone to confirm if they had a jacket in stock. When I did get an associate on the phone they would either transfer me and no one would answer, or the call would drop mid conversation.I finally managed to get someone to help, and before I could give them my information to place the item on hold the call hung up. I had to call several times before getting an answer again, and by then I was told they no longer had the item.I can certainly understand it gets busy, but this was just terrible service and a complete waste of my time.

I thought I was an online shopping convert until visiting this H & M location yesterday. Wow! The merchandise looked amazing! The store is spacious, clean and inviting. I was actually excited to be shopping in a brick and mortar store again. Even the dressing rooms were impressive and the staff was friendly.I got a lot of beautiful Spring clothes.

Too many generic international students loitering in large groups, clogging up the store, speaking obnoxiously loud in their own language and leaving clothes in a huge messy pile all over the place. I really feel bad for the staff in this H&M store having to deal with these people on the daily. Avoid this location at all costs!

Great location right off of Dundas and Yonge in the Eaton centre. The selection is very good because it’s a super big store, and H&M often has good clothing basics for affordable prices. Their home section can be nice for cheaper home decoration items, and the staff are always friendly and good at finding things when I visit.
