I came in yesterday to fix my iphone 11 which i was told could be done. I come back to pick up my phone and im told you guys took out my perfectly good working microphone out of my phone and my phone is still broken and doesnt work. When i spoke to 3 of the workers in there you guys were yelling in my face telling me my phones dead and to leave the store. Upon asking for receipt you guys refused to give me one. I will be taking this matter to court because this is not the first time something like this happened with these people and refusing to give someone a receipt is illegal and will give the court more of a reason to see you guys are a fraudulent company.

My phone was damaged therefore I go in for a repair. Tell me why they said 300 for battery and the back of the phone. That’s insane so I went to another place they charged me 140. And this is my second time going here because this happened to my phone again they fixed it and happened once more.
