A somewhat deserted shopping mall ?
It is loved by the locals and has become a place for them to relax.
After the coronavirus, new shops have opened and the area has regained its liveliness.
However, recently there have been jewelry robbers? (I didn't actually see it, but a showcase was broken) and thieves (I saw them being arrested), which is a bit disappointing?
I think this is due to the poor security in this area, but I hope they continue to maintain a safe mall.

This mall is so run down, it’s hard to get into, the parking is terrible, the stores are unimpressive. If it wasn’t for Scarborough Spots I would never come

Visited after so many years. It was pleasant as the look was totally changed with interior renovation.

It's a very dead mall and depressing place to be. Limited restaurants in the food court and the place feels almost abandoned even though stores are open. Needs a good renovation. Otherwise, the library is located there as well as other large stores probably keeping this mall alive
