I was surprised today by Roger #0660 positive attitude and willingness to help and guide customers with a ? smile ? he accompanied me until we found a similar product to what I wanted... The staff were not helpful. I was looking for some pins and asked from 3,4 of them of the location, none of them answered correctly and they just wanted to get rid of me instead of helping.

Excellent, there is always what I need although sometimes there is no staff to assist you, in general
