BoConcept has beautiful, modern Scandi, quality furniture. My latest purchase was a sofa. I booked a "design consultation" and had the pleasure of working with Brett who in addition to providing excellent professional design support (incl. a virtual mockup of my place with the sofa options so I could visualize it) is a very warm and friendly person. I came in with a set idea of what I wanted and he and his colleague Amanda (gently) nudged me to consider something different which was actually REALLY what I wanted: 3 months on, I'm so happy with my choice. He also let me know about the "loan sofa" option they offer, given that each piece is custom-made in Denmark. I took advantage of that for the couple of months while my dream sofa was being made. I highly recommend BoConcept TO store, esp. Brett and Amanda.

Wonderful experience shopping here. Beautiful furniture but the customer service is exceptional! Brett and Amanda worked closely with me showing me all options available. They are extremely patient and knowledgeable. I cannot be happier with my purchases!

I’ve been working with the team for over 5 years purchasing furniture for residential amenity spaces. The experience from planning to fabric selections has been collaborative and amazing. Their design expertise and knowledge of contract grade upholstery has been crucial to the final design of every space. The furniture is durable with a great warranty. The delivery and install team always goes above and beyond to finish the space to our standards. I would recommend their furniture and services for commercial or personal projects.

My friend and I visited the store with the intention of purchasing six Ottawa chairs and the table by Karim Rashid. Unfortunately, our encounter with the manager left us with a less than pleasant impression. She displayed a degree of rudeness that was quite unsettling, even going so far as to make a point of mentioning her tenure with the company while eyeing us critically.We believe that training in customer interactions could greatly benefit the staff. As potential customers, we expect a more welcoming and respectful experience when considering such a significant purchase.

Brett was extremely helpful at the Toronto showroom in assisting us with selecting a couch.. They offered us a loaner couch till ours arrived which was fantastic. The delivery crew was courteous and helped set up the loaner and the couch when it did arrive. Delivery was ahead of schedule. We are very happy with the couch which delivers on promised quality and comfort.

Some good designs, but it's expensive, and the customer service is not good. We had a table delivered and they did not assemble it properly.

We ordered a table from BoConcept Jarvis st recently and have been quite happy overall. Eduardo has been incredibly kind, we are within walking distance so went quite often and he was always cheerful and willing to help even after we made a purchase. I thought it’d be a bit more pretentious sales experience, but it was really great and not pushy at all. He would give us updates proactively and called us after to ensure we were satisfied.Craftsmanship of the table is better than competition for the price and one of few you can cross your legs under an extendable table.Delivery folks could’ve been a bit more careful as if we weren’t there to hold the table legs near our stairs we probably would’ve had shattered or scratched glass railing. And I agree with folks on the frustrating short return policy when stores like EQ3 do it even for custom orders, but the positive experience so far outweighs these cons.

Terrible. Buyer beware.It' a mixed bag when it come to quality of the furniture. Some items, like the bed we purchased was nicely made unlike the dining room table which was small, cheap, very little marble. There shipping times are unreal order today and you maybe will get your items in 3-4 months, if not longer. There is no way to call and speak to a person. 42-72 hour email response time, usually with an insufficient solution. They use a really poor company Bolt logistics for shipping, they lost part of my item creating a 5- week delay on top of the already long waiting times. I would recommend not purchasing furniture from Rove Concepts. Poor Customer Service - Poor logistics- Extremely Long Shipping times- Subpar Items

Read return policy carefully. Basically no returns. You get 7 days to change your mind before they even ship the stuff - restocking is 50%. Also if you pick up they will not give you a hand. They will just watch you struggle. Good products but draconian policies.

I bought my furniture from Boconcept when I downgraded from house living to condo living in 2015. Amanda was beyond helpful, sincere and most of all talented. I enjoyed my furniture fully when I was in Toronto and spent $$$ to move them to Vancouver too.
