I am using apple products for more than 15 years. First time apply for a refund for my son's purchases by using his facing ID without my permission, and it was denied. A kid's face can't be recognized by the system and is allowed to purchase, which is shameful!

Support and sales is atrocious. I know more about their computers and specs than their representatives combined. Why do you hire people who don't even own an apple machine? Incompetent
