Most of the machines are out of service and have been for years, and in the time since I've been going there, more have failed and none have been fixed. They advertise having an ATM on location, it doesn't work either. They clearly aren't concerned with improving the customer experience.

25 washers only 3 in order?! You have to wait in line for a washer. Then hope you pick a dryer that actually dries. I chose one of the dryers that didn’t have an out of order sign. Put 32 minutes of dry time. Came back at 25 minutes, they were the same as when I put them in. This used to be my go to laundromat. Not anymore. Not sure how it went downhill so fast! Good riddance!

Majority of the machines are broken. And they close at 8 but you have to do your laundry before 6? That’s retarded. Just turned away on a half load after my daughter had an accident at 7:00pm. A half load would only have taken me 30 minutes. No wonder you’re selling. Can’t make money if you turn costumers away during your hours of operation. Can’t see this place up much longer. Not to mention I was just there last week on Thursday until 8:00pm doing my assignments and laundry. But today I’m not allowed to start at 7:00? This is a laughable excuse of costumer service and a terrible way to run a local business.

Half of the machines weren’t working, couldn’t use the big one because the person working there was supposedly using it even though she had nothing in there. The place was a mess. No thanks
