I can't say enough about how terrific this pharmacy is. Time after time they have gone above and beyond for us. If you're tired of being treated like trash by other Thunder Bay pharmacies. Give IDA a try. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!I'm a customer for life now.?

I injured myself and called around for crutches. These guys were one of the only places in town that had them, they offered to bring them out to my car, also brought out anti-inflammatory meds I wanted and an ice pack. Great care and service. Helped me out of a bind!

I have been going to this pharmacy since the day it opened. The staff there are phenomenal especially, Jason, Tanya and Austin. As soon as you walk in the door you feel comfortable with the atmosphere. If you are having a bad day, as soon as you walk in they make you feel better.They take the time explaining information about your prescriptions. They are very kind, always smiling, but first and foremost they are very knowledgeable as well as very professional. Thank you Jason! Thank you Tanya! Thank you Austin!

Wonderful atmosphere there and great individuals who work there, always smiling and laughing. Not to mention you can’t pretty much buy anything for any occasion there
