Short story but says it all, I purchased a new Ram 2500 for my business in July 2023 - the batteries have an issue and my truck would not start (Oct 2024). I booked an appointment to have the vehicle looked at and was told I would be on the hook for a rental while they look at the issue - so down half day for the failure to start and another day to have it repaired or rent a vehicle from them at my expense. The nice guy service stops when you drive off the lot, last vehicle I’ll purchase here - advise you to steer clear aswell. Cheers.

I recently had a terrible experience with Lakehead Motors when I brought my car in for transmission maintenance. The repair took an astonishing one month, which was already frustrating. However, the worst part was the condition of my car when I got it back.
There were noticeable scratches on the exterior that were not there when I handed the car over, and the small lift-up tray in the center console was broken. Despite these clear issues, Lakehead Motors refused to take responsibility. They suggested the scratches could have occurred in a Walmart parking lot, even though the car had been in their possession for the past month.
Their refusal to acknowledge their fault and the expectation that I should cover the costs for the damages they caused is unacceptable. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I strongly advise against trusting Lakehead Motors with your vehicle.
