A review from my family: Amazing service by Eric and his team to fix the boat motor. When the original part that was needed was back ordered they removed the part from the new motor that was needed and replaced it. It's great to see this kind of service, where the customer is always taken care irrespective of the situation. We had to visit multiple times due to user error and they patiently tested again and again and also showed us how to start the motor and tips in case of issues. It's always great to see there is still customer service on top of their priority. The best part is that Eric promptly responds to emails during weekdays or weekends. Hats off to Eric and team, thank you for everything, we are forever your customers for any equipment needs.

Exceptional service, decent selection of sthil brand tools .
I'm more impressed with the customer service, ?
Was assisted by a young fella ( Neil) who was knowledgeable about the products and had the tool ( gas blower) put together, filled up with gas and ready to go.
I'll come back again for future purchases

I've had nothing but the best, honest service from Thornhill. It's a family business, and they care about doing a good job at an honest price. I once took a chainsaw there that I knew I'd lost a couple parts to, but wasn't sure what.... a 35 cent spring later they put in, I was good to go. I've bought a lawn mower, chainsaw, and snowblower there and will go back for whatever else I might need. They service what they sell, and care about repeat customers. A gem of a place.

Big thanks to the guys at the parts counter. I came in with a broken gas cap and they solved my problem on the spot. They also showed me how to maintain my machine. Highly recommend!

Took my snow blower out, put in gas and checked the oil level. It was good to go. Started fine then a burning smell and flames coming out of muffler after 3 minutes . Dashed up to Thornhill lawn equipment. They gave it the once over and it appears a mouse may have been living in my muffler. They blew out the muffler and put in fresh fuel and checked the oil . Good to go . Thanks for doing it while I waited, much appreciated.

I inherited an old Stihl grass trimmer that sat for many years unused, it would not start. I took it in to Thornhill Lawn Equipment , where they kept it for a few weeks and tuned it up. But I seemed to have a difficult time getting it started , so I returned it a few times where Aaron was patient enough to take the time to show me the proper steps involved .Thank you for A+++ service

A few weeks back I tried to book my Honda Engine which powers a specially designed air compressor with our local dealer and they had no time for us despite we need it back urgently for an event. I had purchased 1 7000 Honda Generator an 2 25200 generators from them but they didn't seem to care. So I called Thornhill lawn and equipment and they fit me in. Eric was amazing after our chat he assured me they would treat me like family and they did. The price was fair and our Generator worked like a Honda engine should. Despite the fact I will have to drive further to deal with them they have my business for life. Thank you Eric and you team for a job well done and for going the extra mile finding the solution for the battery placement. A job well done. These guys are amazing.
