Brought my car in and they said they fixed the issues putting it into engine limp mode, next day lights back on so I bring it back and pay them to play guess who for another few days, within days the lights back on and I’ve paid them 2g. Not bringing it back for them to replace my entire engine one piece at a time til they accidentally stumble on the right part.

I made an appointment to have recall completed on my truck. I told whoever I booked the appointment with to book it for 1pm, I would drop off around noon and let it for a while. When I dropped off the truck I said I would be back between 4 and 5. When I arrived at 3:30, thr truck had not moved. I was told they had delays in the shop, that they were going to have it ready for 4. I left then got a call 20 minutes later saying it was ready. I will not be bring my truck back to Stratford Motor Products for service.

Communication wasn’t very good. Felt a bit rushed and uncomfortable with the lack of information that was given. I was told when looking at the car that 8 year super cruise subscription was included, and then when i picked up the car i was told it was only 3 years included and i would have to pay for it after that and didn’t know how much it was. Also they priced out floor liners for me and i agreed to order them, but they ordered me floor mats instead and didn’t tell me and gave them to me in a box so i didn’t find out until i got home. Then told me the floor liners were not actually available to order yet. The owner seemed nice but didn’t really offer anything to fix the fact i now have to pay for a super cruise subscription when i was told i wouldn’t have too, and said they would get back to me about the floor liners. All and all i feel as though they were very sneaky and disorganized. If you plan to get a car here, make sure you do your own research and don’t rely on what they tell you.

Fantastic experience in dealing with Steve to purchase my new vehicle. Having been to other dealerships, I knew what type of car I was looking for, and more importantly , what kind of service I was expecting. Steve was patient , honest and respectful through the whole process. He even arranged to have my new car delivered to me in a different city. I won't hesitate to refer others to this dealership.

Great service. They treated me like a loyal GM customer even though they were fixing as issue with my Saturn. And to find out that it was a factory issue and that there would be no charge to fix my it was a huge bonus! Much better service than I received in Toronto with GM.
