“I had an idea in my mind about a personalized ring for my 20th wedding anniversary. I went to Raffi’s and spoke to Sabrina who worked with me right away to offer suggestions and an AI visualization of what I was looking for.
The price was extremely affordable and it took only about two weeks to be created.
I was blown away by how beautifully they designed my ring- it turned out even better than I had imagined!! They cleaned my original bands and conjoined all three to make one. I highly recommend Raffi’s Jeweller’s- their customer service and designers are top notch! I won’t ever go anywhere else for my jewellery purchases.”

Michael is great! He worked with me to draw up a couple different concepts from various inspiration photos I showed him. Even made tweaks I asked for. Ended up getting a custom engagement ring that my fiancee, now wife, absolutely loved! We went back to get our wedding bands at John Anthony's also.
Had to come back a few months later looking for what to do with a skin reaction I had to my wedding band. Michael gave me a few options, and I ended up getting it Rhodium plated, at no additional charge. I didn't ask for that, nor should we expect it, but I mention it to highlight how they care about their customer experience.
