My wife and I purchased a new travel Trailer from Darcy this year and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The whole team at Niagara Trailers have been great to deal with and all very knowledgeable (were able to answer all our questions).We took the trailer home and had a small accident (totally my fault) and Mitch and Nancy were great to help me out and fixed it right away. Then during our first trip we discovered a minor electrical issue. I called service and Nancy had one of the technicians (Ken) call me (within a couple hours) and we were able to resolve the issue.It is great to know that the team at Niagara Trailers is their to help and support us with any issue that comes up!Thanks Team Niagara!!

Purchased a pop up trailer a couple of years ago here. Been loving it ever since. Lots of options no matter what you're looking for and staff were great. Will definitely be back if (when) we are ready to upgrade.

Jim at Niagara trailers is an awesome polite salesman. He tries hard to accommodate Customers to their needs. Currently purchased a trailer from there and all I can say is they are amazing and so is Jim. Jim sold a trailer to Gary D. Jim knows Who that is.

Yard is very clean. Lots of RVs to choose from, as well as different trailers. Great place to go for all your camping needs. The store is very clean n well kept parts and service department know there stuff. You are greated when you first walk in. Alll the staff make you feel important.

I want to thank Darcy Shaw and his team for making the purchase of my trailer a great experience. I bought my trailer in January 2023 online after I discussed with Darcy what I was searching for. He found exactly what I needed from inventory. Delivery was right on schedule in the beginning of June as I had requested. The trailer was set up and instructions given on site. The trailer was exactly as pictured and described. It was clean and in great shape. As of August 2023 I found a flaw with the awning and contacted Darcy. He sent my concern to the park services department and because it is still under their warranty, they will replace the awning. Niagara Trailers is a reputable dealer with great service. I recommend anyone looking for a trailer to check them out. Great people!

If reviews mean anything to people thinking about purchasing an RV I would like to let folks know that although the manufacturers of trailers these days whether you are looking for an entry-level or top of the line from any manufacturer, the manufacturer just wants the sale, after purchasing 5 units from Niagara Trailers, and not one of them without some sort of issue, our Durango gold included ,John and his team at NT have stepped up and proven they are the BEST in the business when it comes to customer care.
