The Tango Boutique Ridley store on Fourth Avenue has awesome customer service. The staff is very friendly & always very helpful. They have a large inventory of Joseph Ribkoff & Frank Lyman & other manufactures. I highly recommend them.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!! walked in and the lady was pricing clothing and didn’t say hi. A minute goes by and she finally says hi. I find a dress I wanted to buy and I asked if there was any other sizing and she just pointed to the racks and said that one and the mannequin. I asked to try on the one on the mannequin and she’s like I don’t think that’s going to fit you. Unbelievable….

Zero stars. Very poor customer service. No refunds or store credit were given on an item that was returned. Blamed me for returning the item defective but it was only tried on and it wasn’t damaged in any way.
They claim I soiled the item, which I did not.
Now I don’t have the item or a credit/refund!
What a complete rip off!
Spare yourself your hard earned money and aggravation and do not buy from this store!

Great selection of clothing and very helpful customer service. I go to Tango for almost all of my professional clothing. Joseph Ribkoff always works for me as far as cut and style is concerned and I get a fair amount of compliments for my clothes.

Perhaps today wasn't a shopping day. It was a getting stock ready day. The only words out of the salesclerk's mouth was "there's some hand sanitizer to the right if you don't mind". That was it. I walked through the store and not a peep from her! Too bad... I needed to purchase a few items. I'll go somewhere else.

Horrible customer service. Rude and condescending staff who was not wearing a mask even though she insisted we sanitize our hands upon entering. We were wearing masks as is mandated by the Ontario government. Will not be returning!
