Five stars just about covers the flower arrangement James made for my daughter for her birthday! Everything that I had asked for including soft pale colors,specific flowers , peonies, lilies and especially roses were all there! I've ordered many flowers over the years but this one was gorgeous and exactly what I was hoping for. I loved it and more importantly so did my daughter. Thank you James for duplicating what was in my mind. That's rare. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stems ,Etc. to everyone who is looking for an amazing Florist. I will not hesitate to order again.

James always goes above & beyond with the deliveries of his beautiful floral arrangements. I have ordered from him multiple times now from United States for family in Canada and he always does a spectacular job. Each arrangement is so unique & special. He puts a lot of quality time & care into his products and customers. Highly recommend.

Being last minute, on a Saturday at that, James was so incredibly helpful. He made a last second arrangement that turned out beautifully!! What an awesome local shop! I also love the socks I bought and am going back for a decorative wall hanging! My go-to flower shop now in St. Catharines!!

Delightful experience...and not even for flowers! I needed a special gift for a birthday celebration and remembered that Stems, etc. had been recommended to me by a friend. The extremely helpful sales associate listened attentively to my request and immediately came up with suggestions that were perfect for the occasion! He even gift-wrapped everything to save me a step, all while we discussed books. Items for sale are thoughtfully curated and of good quality. I will be back for more gift items in the future, and maybe even flower arrangements too!

Stems made such a beautiful flower arrangement accompanied by luscious treats. My Mom loved them. Placing our order over the phone was a breeze and pricing is very reasonable. James was so helpful, patient and did exactly what I requested. Definitely highly recommended! Will go to Stems next time for our next occasion.
