Great department store. Need more of them like this. Great brands for great prices. Lots of products available at a good quality. Clean washrooms. Great staff. Very friendly. Change rooms available. Always a nice sale for lots of products. Zellers area is a nice nostalgic throwback.

My daughters went into Hudson Bay to look for a gift for my husband and I and as soon as they sat on a couch on the upper level a lady went over to them and said “this is not a hang out spot for you guys” they told her they were just looking for a present and the lady proceeded to say you can’t fool me even though they were actually looking for a gift she then said you can stay and shop around but security will be here any minute. Horrible service they were not even being disruptive or load my girls and I will never be going back.

The older man working on the top floor in houseware on Feb 10th was absolutely rude to my friends and I, who were considering purchasing a couch for our new house. We were taking a moment to look at inspiration on our phones, before he rudely told us to “stop hanging out and to get out”. We were not being messy or loud whatsoever, just sitting for a moment. Hudson’s bay- you just lost some very valuable customers. So disappointed.

Worst customer service ever! The short haired manager is rude and shouldn’t be employed!My mother came in to return a bag she bought October 2023 and was told she was outside of the 90 day return window and there was NOTHING they could do. Not even an exchange or a credit it was too bad so sad kind of attitude!Nowhere around the cash register did it have the return policy and it was only in the smallest print on the back of the receipt! Magnifying glass needed also the original cashier didn’t mention a return policy either!The short haired manager on the first floor needs to be fired! Been shopping at the bay for 40 years and never again!

i don’t usually leave reviews but i love this location so much. although the zellers section is not big, it’s been re-branded for the youth and they have such cute items. not to mention the staff is amazing and so fun and friendly. i love coming here

This is not Zellers. Was hyped for their return, just to find a sad pop-up boutique item area inside of The Bay. The Bay is obviously just trying to bank on the nostalgia of the Zellers name.Seriously, the clothing section in the Walmart a mere 2 minute walk away is larger than entire area given to this so called “Zellers”.Could’ve at least advertised that it was just The Bay selling Zellers branded items. Then at least it would have saved the disappointment. Shame.

Absolutely loved it! It was excellently set up with lots of affordable and adorable options. This is a great place to purchase apartment friendly items and inexpensive decor. I would highly recommend this to my fellow debt drowning millennials or younger generations. I was totally blown away by what they had to offer. I cannot wait to support this Canadian company whenever I need something to spruce up the house, treat the cats and dog to some great stuff, or spoil myself with some comfortable lounge wear.

A Zellers themed popup shop, located in The Bay.Zellers had terrible service, mean cashiers who argued over coupons, and sub-par products. Why would anyone want it back?If they do decide to open up proper Zellers stores in the future, they will have to compete with RCSS. If they think competing with W will get them business, they are sorely mistaken.

Worst selection for men they have about 3 shirts for men and one pair of pants then the rest of the store is female clothing baby clothing and furniture
