The service is excellent here. The prices are a bit high but the sales are a really good deal. The customer service is absolutely amazing. Love the lady with the long black hair. She’s a sweetheart.

The one thing that really stands out in this store compared to all the others is the genuine kind service you get right from walking in the door. They’re always so nice, friendly, helpful, and the vibes are always so positive!I came in here last week and bought a beautiful black dress for a work Christmas party this year and it was exactly what I was looking for. The girls were so nice, complimenting the dress on me and giving honest feedback which is appreciated!Just one thing - too many sparkles.. I know it’s Christmas time.. but not everyone wants to look like a shimmery disco ball in every colour... Glitter everywhere.

This store has the friendliest, most amazing staff!! I have a hard time picking out clothes for myself, and every time I’ve gone into Eclipse the staff have helped me find something that I’m really excited about. Great selection of affordable smart casual workwear, and the friendliness/helpfulness of staff makes this the first store I go to when I’m looking for something new for work.

Every time I’ve come here the service has been absolutely incredible. All the workers are so friendly, outgoing, positive, kind & helpful. This store provides the best customer service I have ever experienced - every single time. Addy helped us today and was amazing. Prices are very reasonable as well and everything is great quality. Cant recommend this store enough.

Amazing atmosphere because of the young blonde girl from Norway (forgot to ask her name)She knows what customer service means with fun and smiles she helped me and my sister among other customers and we walked out of the store with several amazing tops in a very Happy ? Yanique was so helpful!I'm a heavier woman and she was so kind about it and jumped on helping me find the best options. She found me like 5 flattering dresses and accessories.Really feels like she loves her job and deserves a raise!!!

Visited this location tonight (June 7) between 8-8:30pm. I was the only customer in the store and the 2 clerks were busy talking about their personal lives and did not even acknowledge my presence or offer to help me find what I was looking for, I felt like I didn't belong there so I walked out. I was VERY disappointed as I am a regular shopper at this store and I love the products

Wow ! I haven't had such amazing customer service in so long. I forget the ladies name.... blonde hair and is a school teacher during the week. This lady was so patient with me and helped me get a few outfits for upcoming events. She was truly amazing!!! I adore the dresses, etc. I will definitely be returning.

I had the best experience in this store. Theo and Ylva went above and beyond at helping me find a beautiful dress for my birthday and even let me make the purchase while the store was already closed. Theo made sure to not rush me through the whole process, and that made my experience so much better. He directed my choice kindfully and thoughtfully, working an extra twenty minutes to accomodate my shopping experience, and I truly think that the world definitely needs more people like him. Ylva also was super sweet as she made suggestions on which dress to pick for my birthday party and guided me the entire time with a smile! I have attached two pictures of me wearing the beautiful (and discounted!!) white dress that I wore, and I could not be more thankful of Theo and Ylva helping me immensely through choosing it! Will definitely be back!! :)

amazing experience and they have very cute and modern dresses my go to store always and prices are fine, bit pricey but materials are so good. always shop here these days. sales persons always help me with matchings and review on dress how it looks on me if i needed.
