Great small town store made even better by the amazing staff. Went in looking for some oddball hardware and Taylor and Stephanie went out of their way to make sure I got it, and everything else I needed. Huge difference from the big stores down the road!

The boys in the lumber yard were the most helpful and friendly, they loaded all my wood themselves in my SUV, and it was all good quality compared to Brantford Rona wood. Hands down everyone was much more helpful and friendlier than Rona in Brantford. I’ll definitely be using Simcoe Rona from now on! Quality and great service goes a long way!

Everytime I go in, the staff is friendly and so helpful. Especially the people out in the yard, getting wood orders. They brought wood to my car, and loaded it for me. Fantastic bunch

I've been a regular at the Rona location, and my overall experience has been positive, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. However, there's a noticeable inconsistency in customer service at the cashier. most employees are pleasant, unfortunately, the older lady and the redhead cashier consistently unfriendly demeanor, creating a It would be great if the management could address this inconsistency to ensure a consistently positive experience ☹️

They staff has very little knowledge of the products they sell and are dissmissive of the customer. They selection is also very limited. I do not recommend this store.

I find that the people at the Rona store in Simcoe are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, particularly Jamie, Ben, and David. They all go above and beyond to help me find what I am looking for and explain the products’ pros and cons. I enjoy going to Rona for their expertise and kindness.

Could not find a chisel in this store... staff were helpful but after about 20 minutes they also concluded they couldn't find any chisels. The store appeared clean and well organized, but what kind of hardware store doesn't carry an array of basic tools? So weird.
