I went in and told them how many cans I had. I was told ok and ordered my beer. Then I was told to wait, it was wrong. Another employee then went and began ripping open the bags that held the cans I returned into a bin full of other empty cans. I was then told my amount was wrong, so I asked how many cans where there. The employee said I don't know, you have to count them. I said I did, you tell me how many are there. The employee said "she'd have to count them"...how would "she"be able to count them after mixing them with other cans? I ended up with half of the amount I brought in. The monopoly needs to end!

Employees are super friendly and helpful. There is one in specific Juanita, I think she's absolutely the best. She knows her customers and is very quick with getting what you need. I wouldn't go to any other Beer store. Best one in Scarborough that's for sure!

They’re yelling at customers in the store because they cannot handle the rush from the lcbo being on strike.
They literally have customers telling the staff to chill out and then the staff started swearing and yelling more.

This is the worst beer store in the neighborhood. I feel for the staff as they are always understaffed. Employee turnover is high, so you get inefficient staff.
